Equaliser settings?

Hi everyone, I’m just wondering what type of music you listen too and what settings you use on the EQ, I listen to hip hop, rock mainly and these are my settings. Is there a perfect setting ?

Opinion only, but the perfect setting is flat. Listen to it how the artist intended it to sound! Turning eq settings up to maximum is asking for distortion.

I agree with a flat response but my opinion is this is relating to the output of the speakers/system - and not the input.
So my thoughts would be adjust your DSP to give you a flat response in the environment you are in from a calibrated mic - doesn't mean your DSP should be flat.
This is mine - no idea if it's a flat response as I haven't measured it! but sounds good to my ears, I don't have a sub, and there is plenty of bass from the 8" door speakers..
