Exeo st Audi b7 doors ?

Hi guys, just bought a damaged exeo st 2.0 tdi cr Se tech. I am having a bit of trouble locating the parts I need. So I was wondering if anyone knows if the doors from an Audi a4 avant b7 model would fit ?
The other question would be does anyone know of a seat breakers where I could try for some parts, preferably Midlands area although would be prepared to travel.

Thanks for any help or advice

Front doors are different mirror location is on the door rather than the corner.

Rear doors look like they should fit, but they do have a 3r0 part number rather than 8e0 of the audi (the top sections will swop over)

The Exeo has late A6 door handle covers (4f0), with A3 (8p0) handle mechanisms
The rear doors may work.

The mouldings and bump strip are all A4 (8e0)

Exeo doors

Hi there, thanks for the info.

I noticed that the mirrors were located differently on the fronts but apart from that they look very similar to the Audi . My problem being I need 2 right hand side doors and cannot find any used Exeo parts, thus being forced to pay a lot of money for them from the main dealers !

I know all the hinges have Audi part numbers stamped so I would assume that the Audi doors would fit, I suppose there is only one way to find out.

Thanks again

the doors will fit, but you may find you have to use the a4 handles.

Alternatively use 2 A4 front doors and loose the Seat mirrors!

doors are the same saloon or ST - only the top section is different (which unbolts)

rear quarters are the same part A4 B7 or Exeo so swage line is the same. Door mouldings are A4 parts and the lower door blades are A4.

Also the 3R parts for the door window frames have now superceded the 8E audi parts so if you need a new door window frame for a B7 A4 you will get a Seat 3R one.....

Yeah,

I really do think that the doors look the same and will fit, it is after all based on the Audi B7. All the internals are good on my doors and should swop over, like you say the only real issue is the door mirrors. I am now wondering if I can make a template from my old door so I can cut the holes for the Exeo mirror to go on.

I know the second hand doors for the Audi's can appear fairly cheap on ebay (about 50 - 80) - I think the cost of the new exeo doors from TPS aren't exactly outrageously priced - about £160 each. We don't know if the exeo door cards will fit the A4 door.

The mirror locating section is reinforced, you would need to do some fabrication work!

As I said above - the handles are different - (so you would need to check the shape of the aperture / recess) but the doors would fit

Who are TPS ?
The only people who I have found to supply body parts are Seat themselves, which have quoted around the £220 mark for each door.

Cheers for that, I will give them a call tomorrow. If prices look good maybe I won't have to mess about with the Audi doors.

Gave that company a call today, didn't get a great response and to top it off the prices came out pretty much the same as main dealer !

Gutted

Its not a different company its just the trade arm of the VW / SEAT / AUDI / Skoda dealers. Should get 8 - 40% off retail if you have a trade account.
even 220 / door ain't bad to fix the car properly (its a 10 - 15K car, not some 500 quid banger!)

I appreciate that it is not a banger just thought that I would be able to find the parts cheaper than I have been quoted.

It will be repaired correctly with the right parts, I don't bodge things. Do it properly or not at all, like everyone at the minuite just wanting to watch the pennies.
