Exterior trim removal - how easy?

Is the black trim in the picture easy enough to remove ? Im presuming its just stuck on and not bolted ?

Thought this was quite strange as never seen these on a MK2 before.

its stuck on... but its well stuck on... if you have a go at removing it use lots and lots of boiling water, as others have peeled laquer off doing the same

accessory item and yes just stuck on

there is a trim wheel you can get that will make light work of removing the crud left over if you don't spending a few £££

use a hair dryer to warm up the plastic.

if you c0ck it up then dicide to put it back on , I think I have a full set of those in my shed

Im thinking they look bogging.

Im guessing it will be like taking off the company logo that I had on my car for a few months, lots of patience, the mrs's hairdrier and then a clay bar to remove the rest of the crud.

boiling water and lots of it and peel it off nice and steady and it will come off. but thinking about it lads, isnt it held on with poppers? flapper will know!

nope, its just double sided WELL sticky tape on them.
