A car backed into my face lifted Mk3 ST FR Leon over the weekend. Fortunately the plastic Bumper Trim took the brunt of the damage from the towbar with some minor scuffing on my body work which I can live with for now...
I've confirmed that this is the part I need to replace. However, I was unable to find concrete information or a video on how to change it.
Has anyone switched out this part before?
I assumed on inspection that a trim tool could pry/pop it out and from the part images it looks like this clips back in?
I did see an older thread mention that this part may be bolted in under the bumper though.
Never really done any body repair of any sort on a vehicle before so cautious before jumping in.
