This point has bothered me ever since I bought the Leon. If you've driven a Skoda before, I find the height-adjustable seatbelt very convenient. Unfortunately, it probably won't be plug and play here either. My advantage is that I always have an Octavia 3 handy to check the parts, etc.
The threads definitely need to be tapped into the holes on the Seat. I don't even know yet if the spacing is correct. I didn't want to take the Octavia apart for that.
I've ordered two seatbelt rails for €25 including shipping. The trim panel will also need to be replaced, of course. I'll post the part numbers here once I know everything is working as expected.
