Extreme Headlight Condensation - LED headlights

After the heavy rain last night and how humid its been i noticed my driver's side car had lots of condensation on the inside of the lens, it basically looked like a window which had been rained on and quite a bit of water had pooled at the bottom on each side.

After driving for a bit had a message saying check indicator, then indicator stopped working.
Driving back a bit ago in the dark and the main headlight flickered a few times and then that turned off and another warning saying check headlight.
I had the occasional message pop up saying check DRL but that seems to be working.

Anyone had this and is my headlight totally gone or can I like dry it out and you think it might start working again.

I've taken the back cap off and I'll see if it maybe improves overnight and try and get a hairdryer on it.

Cars out of warranty btw.

I've had winter condensation in traditional headlights before, where repairing the seal then putting a cloth bag of rice inside (when it was off) cleared the problem up in a few days.

The trouble with LED is water damage to the PCB and corrosion/tracking causing shorts or high resistance. It's a bit like dropping your phone in the loo.

You can try the rice bag trick, change it every day or, as it's summer on a hot sunny day parking into the sun with the cap removed, but you still need to solve the leak's cause first.
