If you think your xenons are bad try the non xenon version, a single candle would be twice the improvement

What's bad about them?
understand what your saying bout non xenon but theyre so dim on anything but a completely unlit road. May just try some different bulbs but theyre not cheap . 4300lm Xenarc in there at the moment . Any suggestions as to bulb make?

Yeah, I'm confused too. Mine light up road signs about 1/2 mile down the road. Plus with the fogs as cornering lights, I don't have any problems. Maybe they need adjusting? Or the plastic lens's are cloudy?

ive had the lenses polished maybe they maybe they need doing again . Ive got some spare D1S Bulbs ill swap out to see if it improves. thanks for your input all of you.

Agreed my xenons are pretty good on my Leon...

Maybe yours have an issue...

Going to swap out the bulbs cos its the easiest option to start with. Thanks guys

Xenon bulbs are 'meant' to last the life of the car (according to the handbook), never changed mine and car is 7 years old so surprised you're constantly changing the bulbs.

Can you take a picture of the headlight units and also with them on?

Anyone upgraded the non xenon bulbs??? I am thinking of a set of Phillips xtreme white, had osram nightbrakers in a previous car a few years ago and thought they were rubbish

well i could take pic but i dont think youll see any difference between light units and light output. ive ordered some some nightbreaker ones and hopes it makes a difference.

I've ordered a 3rd set (had them in 3 cars now-not cause they blew lol) of ring 150% h7s.

I take it they are decent bulbs then if your on a third set. My last three cars have all had xenons so I think thats why going back to halogen bulbs they look so poor in comparison

Yeah, of course, they aren't as good as xenon lights. I swapped them out in a car park so I could park far enough away to see a difference and they added about 20-25m onto the standard bulbs. The ring seem to have better reviews for reliability as well. They also look cooler. LOL. I'm hoping they arrive Monday.
