LCR running 280BHP

My fans weren't coming on, so i did the resistor mod. The water pump, thermostat, temp sender and coolant are new. Only the NS fan comes on with the aircon, and neither come on without the aircon on, ie when up to temp. The car is getting a bit hot in traffic (94 degrees on torque app). The fuse on the top of the battery isnt broken, my wiring seems correct after checking it and the fans spin freely by hand so dont seem seized. Havent changed the thermo switch but surely both should come on with aircon anyway. Obvious answer to anybody?

Secondly, i need to replace my flexi and when i bought the car it already had a milltek exhaust and decat (so i was told). Looking underneath i have the flange joining turbo, then some small box (hard to see if its a cat) then a flexi, then 2 downpipes, then they join into 1 pipe under the handbrake area with a slight step up. Wondering if i can just buy the milltek downpipe and decat and bolt it on. Where does the downpipe/decat finish and what is the OEM setup for the cupra r?

Lastly, has anybody used strongflex bushes before? Used them on a cinquecento and they were brilliant. How do i know if i need the small or large bush kit? Im going to be uprating the front and rear ARB's with 25mm H&R in a few weeks.

Thanks for your time and any help would be awesome. :)

Exhaust sorted, was just the oem downpipe and a decat pipe, have ordered the milltek one. Along with front and rear H&R ARB's, dog mount and charge pipe. :s

Still need a bit of advice on bushes and fans if anybody has any input. :)

Both fans should come on together, yes. Have you tested the fans by applying 12V to the fan connections directly?

The thermoswitch, if it's faulty, could cause the symptoms you're seeing, if one fan has failed. Otherwise the only other component is the fan control module. I hope it isn't that.

Bridging the thermoswitch pins will test whether the thermoswitch is faulty. To test the fans, apply 12V directly to the fan connectors.

I think the thermoswitch for all Leons has a triangular connector, but I've never changed one myself so can't be sure.
