Few altea xl problems

Hi All

First time poster in this section.

Got an altea xl stylance 2.0 tdi 08 plate with 72k on the clock. Recently had the turbo replaced but have got a few other niggles that im looking for info/advice on:

1) The key fob has a mind of its own, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, sometimes it opens the drivers door only, the red light comes on the fob so I know thats working but if I have to change the battery is it simple, ie it wont wipe whatever entry code to my car?

2) Apparently I have a leak on the fuel pump allowing to much air to get into the mix, if the fuel tank gets to below 1/4 full and I park it uphill it wont start, a local garage used some epoxy to plug the hole but its come back again. Does this sound like a common problem and if so any idea of rough costs to replace/repair?

3) Any idea on costs for the belt service due at 75K?

4) Several mates haver recommended have BLUEFIN, to boost economy and performance, any info would be great.

Cheers chaps

On the Toledo mk3 = 1 press on fob to open driver door and 2 presses to open all doors. I take it the Altea is the same?

Had cam belt changed on my 56 plate Altea 1.9Tdi a couple of weeks ago, total cost was £359 at my local Seat dealer, that included all tensioners, also included changing the water pump which I believe is recommended, I would imagine it would be the same for the XL.

Changing the battery in the key fob won't affect any programmed locking settings or the immobiliser/alarm.
