After waiting 7 months and using my van:cry: i've finally got the Leon:D:funk:

It's a 55 plate Tdi FR+, well chuffed thus far, pleased with how it handles and drives gonna take some getting used to after driving a van for 7 months and a 1.1 206 before that but it feels good to have some power under my right foot again!!:D

Just got a couple of little scapes to sort out then it'll be perfect!!! Does anyone know if the rain channel things obn the roof are covered by the corrosion warrenty? They seem a little pitted as though there rusting from underneath??

Well chuffed!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:happy::happy::funk: Finally!!!!!!!

I thought they had like an eight or ten year corrosion warrenty???:confused:

Has anyone else had this issue?

Just took her for another spin in the dark and on quieter roads! I can see how easy it would be to mount up the fines and points it's up to speed in no time and feels like it's goig about 30 when in actual fact it's goig 60, either that or my speedo is wrong?

Does anyone happen to know what the corrosion warrenty is??

Also the car has been recently valeted and they've cleaned bits that they shouldn't have so the door is now creaking, is there any particular grease i should use or will just any do?

Cheers Guys.

excuse my stupidness but whats autodata??

autodata is like a workshop manual for various cars and is produced for independent workshops/garages it gives you basic service items/sheets plus what its changed at what intervals (eg cambelt @ 60k etc) it also outlines diagnostic procedures and common faults :)

Thanks for that. Am i likely to be able to use this to get the stealers to change my rain channels??
