Hi all,

I have done a search and can't seem to find anything on fitting springs, I was going to be fitting some Eibach springs next week and I can't seem to find anything at all online. Just wondered if anyone new of a guide to fitting lowering springs, suspension, or coilovers etc on a MK3 leon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All the best.

As Cuprabenwytm mentioned make sure you don't use the stock jack that came with the car (it's known as the widow maker for obvious reasons!)

A proper jack and axle stands are a must for a job like this, that's coming from someone who has had a car fall off a rubbish jack in the past and nearly got my legs crushed!

Other than that there isn't loads to dismantling the suspension on these cars, just make sure you get tracking aligned once it's all done.

Thanks for the warning I will certainly not be using the scissor jack don't you worry I have 2 proper hydraulic jacks. Just wondered if there was a guide i could look at before dismantling.

Cheers for your input 👍🏻 if anyone knows of a thread on this it'll be appreciated.
