Fitting a tow bar.....help !

I need to fit a tow bar on my 2003 Leon 1.6s, but Im not sure how to remove the rear bumper (without breaking something). What I would ideally like is the exploded diagrams that seat use for their parts lists, or detailed descriptions of what clips and bolts are where and which way to pull them so I don't break them!

looked at that last night, not too clear as some photos are rotated by 90 degrees!
