Flashing EML!!!

Hi all. i have an 03 cupra r . i was driving to work this morning. Put my foot down to overtake an annoying lorry.
All of a sudden, my car lost power, ecu light started flashing, and my car started to vibrate. When you put your foot down it makes lots of noise with no performance.
Any solutions would be a great help. Thanks

Have you checked the coil pack sticky?
