The seat mod doesn't work.
The reason is the Mk 4 platform. By lowering the rear seats you actually lower the centre of gravity but shift the weight slightly forward so the handling burden gets thrown onto the front axle. This means a frisky rear and understeery nose.

So, I hear at least one of you cry, what can I do to make the seat mod work on my Mk4 platform?

Well, what you need is the blanket mod, often seen in the winter time but most often put on by ill informed people who usually fit them incorrectly to the front of their cars! Numpties!!

The blanket mod works by softening any stray air particles on your overly lightened rear that hit it and this allows the seat mod to work as it offsets turbulance. You simply need to wrap one of those dark grey itchy blankets around your rear boot lid, not just the glass but the whole panel. you need to fit it securely enough so it doesn't come off but loose enough so it flaps or undulates when above 30mph to get the full effect.

I'm 99.9% certain I've seen this user name trolling on barryboys forum and drifting forum. Good laugh, its great watching the 50/50 split of people who are really unsure if he's real lol.

Crack on fella lol
