Flickering interior lights

Hey there,

I noticed that my interior lights are flickering a little bit when idling, gotta mention that the battery is about 3 months old, and I verified my ground connection is clean and secure.

Could you please advise?

Are they led ? I had a problem with mine at the weekend. I just copy/pasted my post below to save typing out again. I ended up going back to normal bulbs and everything is fine now. Though I'm going to play with it at the weekend as I miss the leds.



Have a few issues. I have seen a few threads concerning alarm issues and settings etc but I thought I had mine sussed till tonight. I give you lovely people a history to give an idea of whats happening.

*When I 1st got my leon , I sat in the car , set alarm , moved about , it went off and I was able to get familiar with how it sounded
.*I then learned that to fold my mirrors up you push the button twice , which it does.I then learned that to turn off the internal sensor you hit the button twice , which I wouldn't know as I never need it but always wondered if by folding mirrors up I turn off the internal sensor
.So tonight I got into the car and sat for a minute waiting for the missus. I noticed that when the interior lights dimmed off , they were strobing dimly. They are led but didn't do this before. I worried that they have been doing this for a while and running battery down so I locked the car and sat for a minute to see if they stopped when the electrics shut off. They didn't.
*But I also noticed the alarm didn't sound while I was moving about. It doesn't seem to work wether I push once or twice.

*QUESTION TIME !
-Is it related to the leds (should I swap them back and see)
-WTF is wrong with my alarm lol.

Hey thanks for the quick response,

Actually those are the original bulbs (incandescent), they are flickering only during the idle cycle, i have to mention that it's only the interior lights that are flickering, headlights and tails are running smooth, could be a fuse perhaps?

A little off topic, but my "EPC" light stays on all the time.
Searched it and says- "Electronic Power Control' to 'Electric Potentiometer Control' could be throttle problem" - other symptoms are failing brake lights, I'll check them tonight. I did have to jump start it recently and it says one issue causing could be a loose battery...

Any other ideas?

Is there any resolution to stop the flickering because I love the led lights on my seat leon copa 2012
