Seen this on ebay, fancy a crack at a custom one. Does this spec IC seem a sensible upgrade to standard smic? thanks guys

Look up wellycooler (also check FAQ section for mk1 Leon), that should solve your problem

fitted a "wellycooler" today, think its a 600 x 300 x 75 in size. got mine off ebay for £79 delivered. easy too fit really. worst part is getting the bumper back on

Where did you get the fitting kit from bud and did you just knock the brackets up as you went along?

Fitting kit? If you mean the pipe work I got it from forge, there based in the same city so popped in and grabbed it. Yeah just knocked up brackets as I went along, used what I cut off for most of it

Forge is a good one. Think I'm going the wellycooler route though..Bit trickier to fit but still looks fairly simple

That's what I have mate lol, got the list of hoses needed, went to forge got the hoses and joiners?

Can anyone supply pipe specs and quantities there seems to be different dimensions out there, not sure which is best.. Hoping to keep fogs so I think it's gona be 76-63mm reduced, would that make any difference to flow?
