It does look very good in that colour :)

How did you find it performed at the Ring?
Ta.

It was pretty good tbh. Brakes weren't fantastic, but I suspect that was down to me rather than the car though.

I raced my mates ST3 when it had a couple of thousand miles on it and could easily pull away from it in my chipped LCR. Now it has done over 10k hard miles it is a lot closer contest. Ran on super unleaded the ST's appear to make nearer to 245bhp standard. You need a big power difference to easily pull away from another vehicle IMO.

Very nice DamoR! Starting to think that that colour is one of the best choices for that car now :)

I seriously want the ST3 or MK4 R32. Prob the ST3 as it has the recaro leather etc. but both aren't cheap

snap!My ST :)

didn't realise you had an ST as well as a LCR fella!... no wonder you haven't got ur e46 m3 yet! :p

talking about the ST focus... I do like them (only in white tho! he he) they are a good car, sound fantastic for OE spec (the induction roar!) but here are my findings...

The day before i had my car mapped at jabba i decided to test drive a focus ST with my m8 to see how it went (we were bored! )

now tbh i was expecting it to be pretty much identical to my car at its current state (my car was on standard map but had all the necessary mods for stage 2... FMIC/modded airbox/TIP/FULL exhaust etc etc) but tbh i was left disappointed! :(

without doubt it felt less torquey than mine, and my m8 also noticed this... we were both surprised! :(

but that aside, it definitely sounded lovely i thought (the induction raw!) and im sure at stage 2 spec it would be the same as a stage 2 LCR :)

Damo... how does ur lcr feel speed wise compared to ur ST?!
