Advise please - the electric adjustment of the actual mirrors is fine, but the mirror housing has given up folding in when i turn the button to the bottom position, looked in the manual to see if its a fuse , but nothing is mentioned, or else it is a fuse that also does the electric windows but they are fine. Anyone else had this problem??

Does your remote locking still work ?

Maybe fuse 38, from memory some peeps have had this problem and if both items are affected it's been this fuse.

you got a flyin custard too. nice choice mate, stand out int crowd. Oh and if you ever lose it in a car park, you've had too many

Yes Onvi is a very underated colour and people seem to get out of your way, what did George W say "shock and awe"!

My fuse 38 is fine as is central locking had this problem when new but an uprated fuse soon sorted it.

My foldy Mirrors packed up on the first day I got the car. They folded in, but wouldn't fold out again!

Local dealer sorted it by fitting new control unit (switch to you & me). A simple job, & been alright since.

So did mine; they fixed it under warranty. Now some kind soul has been playing with them while I was parked up and they've packed in again. Anyone know what the going rate is for a new control unit? Most warranties won't cover the same part twice.

Reboot the car!

Thank you. Now I can ring the garage and cancel the appointment for Saturday week.

Strange thing, though: they still didn't want to work until I opened and closed all the windows, locked and unlocked the car a few times and then re-entered the security code on the stereo.

... unless of course all this was a coincidence, and they took their time coming back online.

Remember the old days when a fault was a fault, and you'd have to pull the door apart, find where the wire had come off and reattach it?
