I'm thinking about making the retrofit of the electrically folding mirrors. Analysing the Kufatec website, they state that I need to have an "highline" door module (that I have) to be able to make the retrofit, stating that it is only needed the installation of the mirrors and programming of these.
The question that I have is the following: not wanting to go the route of Kufatec, and getting myself the mirrors and the interior switch, what programming is needed to activate the folding mirrors? More specifically, what do I need to change on the modules to be able to fully activate the folding mirrors?
I must state that although I don't have at the moment an OBD11 connector, I'm thinking of buying it on the next few months.
