Seems as though i've got it all connected correctly as the speed it was reading matches the origin B2 read out, also if you chuck a DVD in as soon as you drop the handbrake, it switches off. No blown airbags, broken parts, nowt

Before anyone points out the obvious I know I have to re-locate my origin B2

And now...................................... i'm knackered and i'm going to bed!!

I have the Pioneer AVH-P7500DVD.

Out of interest, where did you locate the Control Unit??
Mine is currently under the pasenger seat, the leads where about 6" to short to reach the boot!.. And it wouldn't fit under the CD changer!...

Yep bolted :) Makes it very difficult to remove in a hurry that way

Moving the seat is fine, even raising or lowering it. You have to slightly offset the unit from the middle of the spare space under the seat, and the bulky bits of the seat miss it then

Cool!!

Job well done mate.

I know this is a bit cheeky, but if you don't mind, is there any chance you can take some more pics of how the radio looks in it's off position.

Also, does the radio have a front panel you can remove when your out of the car?

as regards the 2nd logo have a look in html mode in front page, you seem to have 2 sections like this;

<div align="center">
<center>
<table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" width="80%" id="AutoNumber1" bgcolor="#F0F2FF" bordercolor="#F0F2FF" height="70">
<tr>
<td width="100%">
<p align="center"><b><font size="7"><font color="#FF0000">SEAT</font># Leon
Cupra<font color="#FF0000"> R 225</font></font></b><p align="center">
<font color="#FF0000"><b>If anyone can tell me how to get rid of the 2nd
banner, I'll buy them a pint. Does not show up in FrontPage. It's
something to do with the photo Gallery link</b></font></td>
</tr>
</table>
</center>
</div>[/COLOR]
<p align="center" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">&nbsp;</p>
<div align="center">
<!--webbot bot="PhotoAlbum" U-Include="../../photogallery/photo27197/real.htm" clientside TAG="BODY" startspan -->
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<div align="center">
<center>
<table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" width="80%" id="AutoNumber1" bgcolor="#F0F2FF" bordercolor="#F0F2FF" height="70">
<tr>
<td width="100%">
<p align="center"><b><font size="7"><font color="#FF0000">SEAT</font> Leon
Cupra<font color="#FF0000"> R 225</font></font></b><p align="center">
<font color="#FF0000"><b>If anyone can tell me how to get rid of the 2nd

</tr>
</table>
</center>
</div>
You need to remove one of them, mail me the page if you want and I will sort it

I appear to have missed out on an earlier disussion about this as not up to speed on what exactly it does. I can see that it plays DVDs and also has GPS but does it do anything else exciting? Also why did you need to tear the interior to bits to do it?

Its the only single din unit in Europe to incorpoarate a touch screen, with dvd and sat nav. Most are a double din unit, i.e you need space for what effectively lloks like two head units. The reason for pulling the interior apart is so that you can wire in the control box correctly, you can see it in this pic (although its not in its correct position as it is actaully located under the seat):
