Model Year 24/25 Formentor and Display glitch

Hi, all around.
I bought by Cupra Formentor one week ago, several days was ok, then today suddenly main Display (Infotainment) does not show anything, no radio , absolutely nothing. All well knows reset methods (pressing 10-15 sec on/off button) does not do the trick . Main dashboard sometimes shows multiple warnings. Interface language simply switches from English to Finnish . What i observed, that updates as such did not successfully finish . Few times main Display switches on, then switches off.

Seems to be like real bug , maybe battery can cause or, fuse? I have requested service, but just can not believe that new car can have such bugs :/.

is this well know issue and some software update is needed to be done, count it be related to issue 1969?

It's not unusual for new cars to have snagging issues. I had one car where there was a jubilee clip not tightened which made the aircon not work. Another where the rain sensor wasn't clipped in properly. You can also have duff components - I had a faulty heads-up display unit in a car. Might be someone didn't quite plug a cable in properly.

I am not worried, but just a bit surprised that few days everything was fine, and then suddenly this issue, my best guess here is hardware error, does not look like software. Will keep updated what the outcome is.

yea, F5 it is , at least initial information from dealer says so . Seems to like common poor system design.
