FR AUX in

Does anyone know if you will be able to retro fit the AUX in that's coming on the new FR?

I doubt it as it only got launched in Spain, a couple of hours ago

But it maybe linked to the headunit, or it could be a simple AUX lead that plugs in like a disc changer lead, but it does make comment in the press release, that they have included an MP3 playing headunit.

So your guess is as good as anyone elses.

I spoke to Letchworth as I have a TFSI on order at the mo.
Paul (?) told me that the AUX conects to the disc changer.

ive got an fr with aux in, and i have just posted this

i didnt take a pic of the inside of the stereo but there was no jack plug on the back of it.

only a large block connector and a uniquely shaped aerial connection, only thing is it could be modified on the wires off the back of the stereo if you can find a pinout.

im sure i read somewhere the usb socket can be fitted after delivery, but that goes under the passenger seat.
