FR Black 1.4 ACT TSI

so anyone who owns the FR act tsi ibiza will know that the car is soo silent, well im 22 and dont want a silent car, but didnt want to fork out nearly a grand for a new exhaust system, so i went to a exhaust garage who works with powerflow items and explained i just wanted a meaty throatery sound from the car, and he suggested removing the middle box from the system, £40 and fifteen minutes later the whole sound has been transformed!! will post the new sound video later once out of work, but if anyone could post a video of their current FR sound without mods for a comparrison because genius me forgot to take the video

So they just replaced the centre box with a straight through pipe? Is it raspy etc...? Also how does it sound when you drop to 2 cylinders.

I'm getting used to the sound of it now after owning the car for seven months you expect a certain noise from it. Sounds ridiculous but feels like a new car and I have fell in love with it again

I've had nine about a month now. Want induction exhaust and remap as priority. Every time I look at it though I feel it needs a spoiler

If you have the 1.4 tsi act induction isn't going to happen at the minute unless someone develops one for the new engine

I'm right down at the exhaust to be fair it has enough throat that you can hear it but you don't sound like a **** driving about when you push through the revs it dies off. Retained the old centre box so if I need to go back to it I can

Bloody hell, are you sure they put a piece of pipe back in? Sounds like there's no pipe on there at all.

I am just getting it uploaded to YouTube rewatched the original video. Being that close to the exhaust didn't really help at all give honest opinions on the second once I have it up please haven't made my own mind up fully yet
