YoYo!Ive spent the last couple of days trawling through the posts and finding out about the car Im waiting for, so this morning Ive signed up! In a week or so I should be taking delivery of a new Leon FR (1.4) and trading in my 2012 Leon SE Copa.

Im not exactly a car nut anymore, Ive spent the last ten or so years riding motorbikes and driving bog standard used cars. As Ive got older Ive realised that Im spending more time in the car and less on the bike so in the end it had to go! I've had a few SEATs over the years, two ibizas (including the 2.0 cupra 16v in kiwi yellow!), an arosa (1.0 powaaah!) And my leon. In between Ive had some god awful cars such as a diesel vectra, shame on me, one of the worst cars Ive ever owned. Before switching back to espanola I was kicking about in a T5 Volvo C30 remapped to around 270hp but it lacked the legendary build quality and had to go!

So the dealer gave me a test drive in the new FR, put a monthly figure under my nose and the rest is history.

I'll be looking around the site for odds and sodds, I'll be wanting a roof rack for the mountain bikes & snowboards and Ive already been looking at wind deflectors. So i'll be doing my homework!

So hello all, thanks in advance for all the info and banter ;)

Thanks Andy. Its white, I forgot to say that ha ha. Ive just seen a thread about piwder coating wheels black or grey so I'm going to think about that.

I loved the kiwi, took so much stick and abuse about it off my mates. Let alone the look of the interior with the red striped seats - bleurgh. The 16v went very very well at the time. Its strange to think it had 150bhp and now my little 1.4 turbo has nearly 140, the old cupra seems very industrial by comparison though. Was a great engine!

Should never have sat in the new FR, my old Copa looked very dated in comparison when I got back in it. The only decision after that was what colour!
