Sounds like cupra is my best choice then what's best mods then ? What would I get from a map ? Or map and 3 inch system ?

Would it be ok with 3 inch and a map or is their more needed for it to run safe ,

I'm a current Vxr owner so stage 2 to me is just nap and exhaust but I know soma cars need more to meet stage 2

Map and exhaust will be fine for stage 2 and should see around 315-320hp with that.

300hp with just a map aslong as its not custard code

Maybe a revision d diverter valve depending on the age of Cupra but there only £40

obviously being a representative for the devil fueled leons out there i have no real input in this subject but from these comments is it fair to say that no-one tunes their petrol FR's?? if so thats a shame as i know loads of ppl who tune golf gti's and id hate to think of all the FR's out there getting left in the dust as a result!

no mate they do tune them i did when i had mine but unfortunatley had to take it off as it was custard code wank. Frs are quality and ofcourse people tune them end of the day its same engine as the cupra just on the k03 instead of th 04. Its fair to say though that the majority of frs around though seem to be derv

Revo, Gaic, Shark performance are the ones id choose between..... oh wait i did.

The only downfall of Revo is people think its expensive.

The Vxr is going and I'm 90% set on a cupra, I have between 10-13,000 budget any one seen any good ones for sale

fr's are great to tune, had stage 2 on mine. good car and a lot of fun. didnt get beat by a lot when i had it, but its really nothing on a cupra, honestly it doesnt come close-its all down to what you want at the end of the day
