fr+/R grille removal

i am going to have a bash at painting my grille badge and the surround, and would just like some pointers on removing the grille from the car! search seemed to let me down this time!

As far as i remember it clips in, have alook and you should be able to see the tabs.

It was a while ago but i think it was the crash bar had a big dent in it

hehe, yeah...the crash bar was bent! Luckily the radiator wasn't damaged and another kind member sold me a spare one!
