Front poly bushes

Hi recently brought mk4 ibiza cupra.
Front bushes currently need replacing advisory on latest mot before I bought the car and knocking loudly oversmall bumps.
Was looking to replace with poly bushes any advice as local garage has told me I'll need to replace both front arms completely with bushes already in them rather than just the bushes alone.

That's probably because they're a bunch of fitters and not proper technicians (no offence to your garage). Polybushes can only be fitted to existing arms. Its a bitch if yiu do it yourself. Find a good mechanic.

It's easy if you have the right tools. I have powerflex black series and the steering is now so precise and accurate

Any garage with a press should be able to do the job.
