Fuel Pump Electrical Issue After Recent Repair — Car Won’t Start

My car was working fine before a recent repair on the window. After that, it wouldn’t start. The mechanic said the fuel pump connector was overheating and found a blown fuse. He reconnected the plug, and the car started a few times but then shut down after driving about 200 meters. The engine warning light came on, and since then, the car hasn’t started at all. I suspect there’s an electrical fault in the fuel pump circuit, possibly caused during the previous repair. Could you please diagnose and fix this issue?
