Full mileage not showing on FR computer

Evening all,

When I got my 2011 FR TDI the main screen would show the trip mileage at the bottom of the display which would reset every two thousand miles.

When pressing the left button under the display you could scroll through setting the time and then see a screen which shows the distance left to next service and also the total miles for the car.

Recently I have noticed it now only shows me the miles left to next service and the trip mileage, not the full mileage. I have tried pressing all buttons but cannot work out how to show the full mileage.

Is it broken or is there a button combo that I am missing to show me the full mile the car has covered again?

Hi mate,

So your total mileage doesn't show even when the car is stationary? Mine only displays the total when I stop

The total mileage should show above the trip when the car is stationary, when moving the display changes to show vehicle speed in Km/h. When you unlock the car get in and the central display should be lit and displaying the total miles, it does this in mine.

The display defaults to miles/days left 'til next service as soon as you turn the ignition on once you get close to service time (30 days 1000miles i think?) and then changes to speed/total miles as usual once you've set off.
