Fuse no.7 fail , fuel pump injectors

Hello , my Seat Ibiza 20vt 2001 doesn't start .Fuel pump isn't working and I have notice that in fuse no.7 , I have not power supply .Any ideas ; Maybe a relay ; Fuel pump is okay I try it out and it is working

Yeah check fuel pump relay. If it;s like the Leon then it's under the dash where the steering wheel is.
