Gear number on cluster

Hey,
I own a Cupra Leon MK4 2024 and when im driving in Drive there is no gear number near it like in Sport mode...
There is an option to add it on Drive also with OBD11 or somthing else?
(marked it in the photo, i want it to show the gear number near the "D" like in the older models)

What do you mean by anymore? do you know how to do it?
I talked with some one who did it but he flahsed stage 1 tune and they changed it for him on the software..

As you said, a competent tuner can do it. But it won't work with normal "home remedies" anymore.
