Hi all, I thought I'd share my experience with the error code P27F500 on Seat Leon MK4 1.4 eTSI PHEV 2021 model:
I started getting the error during cold weather, usually in mornings, but on cold days upon start, the error would pop up at any time of the day.
I was determined to progress with the solenoid fix procedure posted in this forum, but thought I'd give Seat
service a chance to see what solution they can offer. I described the issue in detail and they suggested the car goes in for diagnostics. Since I already had a specific error code I could give them, we managed to skip this step. Instead, we agreed on a date the car would go in for A/T control module update, since the version I had was obviously outdated. I took the car in, A/T update took 1 hour, cost me EUR 81.55.
P27F500 error solved (no more warning messages), DSG shifts quicker, engagement between P-R-N-D much smoother.
