Gearbox Gone Stiff

Hi All,

I have got a short shift on my 2004 LC which has been fine for several years now, but recently the whole gearbox seems have gotten quite stiff?

Any ideas? It's now done 100,350 miles and most of these have been done with modifications on it and the short shift.

possibly change the oil or maybe the short shift has a build up of crap on it?

Try oil first then see how it feels
