Hi to all - I know this has been asked before - but does anyone know the wiring for the gentex 8 pin mirror?
My car came without autodimming mirror and i have been lucky enough to get one from a cupra 2015my . I didnt get the plug from the wiring loom !! and now Im trying to work out the feeds to the mirror. It has an 8 pin socket but with only 4 pins being used. As you look at the mirror from the front - from the top left 1,2,3 with 4 missing, then 5,6,7,8, with only pin 6 being used.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also ,has any managed to wire this to the lights console ? rather than tear the car apart to fit it to the main harness ?
