Hi guys, I'm sure many of you have noticed the rather numb and feedbackless steering on VW group cars. I was wondering what can be done to fix this. Is there anything in there I can reprogram via OBD to modify steering feel? I know there is a "straight line running" parameter in there that can be edited to remove (what I think is) the damping of bumps, has anyone tried this? How did it drive after?
Also, I am used to heavier steering. Can this be edited via OBD / VAGCOM?
On an unrelated note is there any way to turn off hill hold and crawl via OBD? So that the car only goes when I touch the throttle?
