Going ko3/ko4 hybrid

Finally managed to get some pics up lol

Hello again girls and boys decided it was time for a bit of an update.

My intercooler has been on a while now and im really pleased with it makes such a difference. Just before crimbo i also decided to get my mani so were getting there slowly lol. Saying that im due to collect my turbo, then need to sort a fuel pump and maf out then get it all slapped on. Anyway heres some pics enjoy:)

Yeah its a jbs one, tbh i was a bit gutted at first when they told me they didnt make equal length ones any more. But when i went to pick this one up i was pretty pleased with it. I mean the quality is second to none it really is good and for just over 500 quid im a happy man:lol:
 
Er not too sure at the minute mate, ive got a few more parts to gather then just need to find the time to get it put together. Am hoping to go to the nurbergring either april or may so i want it done long before then, only time will tell.
 
Hi there guys finally managed to get my turbo picked up from AET and i must say im really happy with it. There was the odd hic up on the way like the ko3s i took in was shot- see dont try and cut corners :(. So i got a new one in the end and asked if the could do a bit of polishing to it. But all in all im happy with it:)

Oh and no IBI its the ko3 manifold havent seen the ko4 one.

Yep thats about the size of it mate:D

Can someone just confirm that the bam fuel pump will be sufficient for this conversion and that it will be a direct replacement
 
Walbro but they are noisey or a bosch 044 pump which can be got for about £130 and will flow enough fuel to support upto 500bhp. They are both in-line pumps. The lcr pump from the dealer is £130 anyway so I would go the bosch personally...well known to be more than upto the job and the same price as the 225 pump new.
