Looks good done in carbon. Where did you get the vinyl from? Also how bard was the middle bit to do?

Thanks mate I got it from ebay wasn't expensive.The middle wasn't to bad i just cut 2 V's out where the middle bits connect to the bumper.The trick is get it hot so you can stretch it easier but also have someone else helping you as you do need 2 pairs of hands lol.
Will watch and see how it lasts as I was thinking about having some bits carbon dipped. Being that my cupra r is yellow k think it would work well. Thinking of having the roof carbon wrapped as well as it has some really bad lacquer peel. Decisions decisions lol
I think having them dipped is the better option mate as i think it looks better and obviously lasts longer.My roofs been wrapped for a few years now but is now looking a bit tired.Thinking about taking it off or maybe go for something a little different ??

Has peeled the colour is sweet. The rest of it is very very pale. The only thing that puts me off the wrap on the roof is the matt finish. Am very 50/50 on it. Heard there is gloss carbon finish available but never seen it in the flesh yet so we will see.

My roof is matt mate and the splitter is gloss,Am thinking maybe doing the roof in gloss too as the finish is much better.
Been busy today,First i fitted some new matts
Then i spent some time hiding away the HID ballasts as i didn't like them being on show
Also fitted a new bonnet strut
Then i set about a boot build hiding away the amps etc,
First i made a floor out of 12mm mdf
Then using 18mm mdf i made 2 seperate boxes to put both the amps and sub in
I then fitted the 12 inch Pioneer sub i had then carpeted it,And this is the end result
Sounds great so really happy with how it's turned out.

Tidy job.
2 things that spring to mind though, would the amps not overheat seeing as they're enclosed and is the sub not a little exposed if you put anything in the boot?
Edit. Oh and love the front splitter, never really liked matt carbon vinyl but the lip looks fantastic, afraid I may have to copy you.

Hey mate your right about the sub but to be honest it's a second car and i very rarely put anything in the boot.As for the amps over the years ive put them under seats also in enclosures and never had any problems but i suppose only time will tell.
One thing i have over looked though is if i ever need to get the spare wheel out it may take a little longer than normal lol
