Golf Mk4 armrest

Hi,

Haven't found this question posted elsewhere, so forgive me if it has.

The armrest from the mk4 golf looks exactly the same as the leon mk1, is this correct as they are both vag parts?

I know you can make VW ones fit as the bracket and mounting are the same but I think the leading edge of the arm rest is round rather than square like the Seat one... you may also find the cloth doesn't match as well either!

I Have A Golf Mk 4 Armrest In My Mk1 Leon...matches Very Well. And Mine Is Leather..
Didn't Want The Cloth One Due To The Bobbling Effect That Can Happen, That And Cleaning It Looks Like A Pain...wipe With Wet Cloth For My Leather One
Tbh I Prefer The Rounded Edge Over The Square One...both Vag Mate...

Keep An Eye On Ebay But Make Sure Its Oem As The Cheap Jap Imports Are Sh*t, And The Bracket Breaks Very Easily..

I have the copy and it is not sh*t it is great and goes in a treat, well worth a look, also lots of peeps on here have these and also say the same as me, thats why i went for one, £30 instead of £160+ no brainer.

Well if I can pick up a vag oem either seat or vw armrest then that would be better. Makes sense as they are made for the car! I know what you mean on the price though!!
