Hi all

I was driving around this afternoon, and wondering how many rpm's is "enough" for a good quick acceleration with a good grip?

It seems like i just makes a bump if i want the grip (with ESP ON)...may'be i'm to sensetive with the throttle?
When is disengage the EPS, it all just goes up i wheel spin ( quick way of shredding tyres...

Btw. I didnt find the solution because the police pulled me over because of excessive wheel spin. And they told me to drive home....(the *******s ****ing followed me home). LOL

Just something you have to learn. A good driver will feel as hes accelerating when the wheels slip out and eases up on the acceleration. Its just the way it goes id say find a quiet corner somewhere out the way where you can practise and you will feel it.

Ok, I will go in practice mode..haha... about the ESP, is it save to turn on/off when driving? Or should the car standstill?

I always found leaving ESP on and slipping the clutch was the best way to get cleanly and quickly off the line then when the car is rolling hammer the car through the gears where the LCR is in it's element.

Yeh its fine to turn it on and off while driving!
Defo leave it off for a quick launch!
You can buy new tyres, you can never buy respect for wrecking a start!
Handbreak up, clutch on bite, ease on some throttle, drop the handbreak and let it rip, takes a bit of practice but you'll soon find your own best way!
Good Luck

I tend to give it part throttle and ease the clutch up, if I do it right it'll boost to about 5 - 7 psi then increase the throttle, you'll never get it to come off the line with full boost just increase it gradually
