I have an occasional issue with my SEAT LEON IV. 2 Days ago i was driving and the "Globe" in right corner of screen turned grey (for limited connectivity), and then my navigation started showing my position somewhere else than it really was.

Today the navigation started working againg but the globe stayed grey and when I wanted to chceck also the data with My Seat app I discovered that the app shows not updated data (fuel status and Total km driven - updated 3 days ago) and when I tried to update the data it said that it cannot be updated in the moment.

Does the grey globe has something to do with the My SEAT app?

Could you please help with this issue? Has anyone also had this.

My Ateca has done the same. Was at dealers Friday 20th, all good, could see them working on it, unlocked, doors open etc. Got home, saw an update for the app, updated but never got an update from the car and haven’t since a Friday, globes on greyed out, limited connectivity. Extremely frustrating as car shows unlocked and still at dealers 4 miles away. Also keep getting this now when trying to sync the app even though I’ve been on a 70 miles round trip after this first appeared. Frustrating as I have paid for the extra services.
