timing is well out, and its hardly using the turbo?? (boost)
 
I'd check the fuelling.

Do you have a wideband?

Run with just your standard fuel pump to see if the walbro is at fault.

Get the plugs out and gap them to about 026"
 
Any thoughts to the MAF readings dave? 180's at top end sound ok for that kind of boost?

That's about what I'd expected to see after seeing the prior logs. It really is pulling back hard. Bit difficult without seeing a/f. He could really do with a wideband. We're guessing trying to make anything from injector timing etc.

Condition of plugs would be interesting if they were pulled straight after a run.....
 
surely 29 have got a feeler gauge in stores?

should be free for a bit to do some logs, depends on what time though?

yeah i'll group some together tomorrow, save doing so many runs too. i'm not used to playing with logs on vag-com, only ever used it to clear faults, and tweak a few settings on my mrs lupo, so it beeps when it locks now, :lol:
