its not running lean just been on the phone to kev and this is revo charcteristics and is safe, just need ideas on getting the peak boost down to 4000k now any ideas???

was the a/f measured with a crap sniffer? or pre cat lambda

I got shot down saying that a tail pipe snipper normally reads leaner than a proper wideband.

If its a post cat sniffer you might have a leaner reading so, in theory your pre cat readings might be richer?

I agree with you... sniffers are pointless IMO for anything other than emissions

revo will have mapped it for LBT rather than pissing petrol through to cool it

Looking at DPJ's figures mork i'm sure his requested afr was around 11.8-12.2, wouldnt this be out of LBT? and more towards the richer end of things? Just thinking about the timing curve and knock values seen when leaning out the mixture etc...
