H&R 30mm lowering springs

Just purchased a set of 30mm H&R 30mm sport springs for my cupra and was just wondering if anyone else was running these?
What's the ride like?
Do they take long to settle?

I have them mate sits just nice not to low and goes over the speed bumps, ride is a little harder not much still smooth hope that helps

Thanks for the info mate. I'll get them banged on when I'm getting my stage 3 clutch and SMF put in. Next job....downpipe and straight through zhaust!

depends also on tyre profile.. I had just eibachs on 235 35 19, and it was a bit to hard/uncomfortable for my taste. but on higher tyre profile can be fine I guess
