Having Problems, Dealer not really reponsive.

Hi all, I am having a few problems with the car, '05 Toledo (New shape).
1.Miss-fire/drop out when maintaining speed and then go to accelerate again. also a slighly lumpy idle, vibrations/waves of movement every few seconds over the normal engine vibrations.
2. Wet windows problem.
3. Radio is now sticking, i.e. when in cd or am mode, cant get into fm mode, a thump is needed!!
4.Tweeter on back order for the past 5weeks!!
5.Groan in the steering at slow speeds or when nearly stationary turing to each lock.

Any tips on getting the dealer to sit up and listen as this is taking me hours out of work to drive to and sort!

1 - doesn't sound like its running tip top might be worth getting a vag com check prior to visit ?

2 - not seen that one yet sorry - should read up on it

3 - sounds like either a dodgy button or something spilt on it? anything from over zealous valeting spray to a spilt coke

4 - ask them to see if they can switch it to VOR as it's been so long

5 - if the groan is when you hit full lock then most cars do it

1. i have asked several times about vagcom around here but no reponse from anyone, a log or two before going in would be good to show them proof!!

2.It in the Leon mkII section about wet windows.

3.nothing spilt, just wipe area with a well wrung out cloth to lift dust.

4. Dont know what VOR is?

5. Not at full lock, but on my way to approx half lock even i get a groan, nearly loke a strut creaking?

I tried today, but didnt get through, work in ROI and couldnt get it to dial out!! will get it tomorrow from home and get it logged with them.

Phined Customer services and got onformation other than the dealer was telling me, had to drive my car away again and return tomorrow as they had no loan car for me!!! not happy!! Going to look about major discount on a service or free accessories! over a day off work in total now!

On wet windows issue they told me that no fix availaboe, got a cal from customer services saying for them to contact Seat Tech directly as they are aware of the problem!
