One headlight is filled with condensation even a small pool at the bottom. I dried out with hairdryer but it came back the next day.

Anyone have this issue? Could give some advice. Ill try take a picture tomorrow.

Could be the headlights seal.
My Leon has a bit of condensation on 1 of the headlights. In the mornings only

Check the headlight seal or there could be a crack on the headlight, my previous vehicle rear light had a crack and was always filled with steam and had water inside.

I bumped my car 18 months ago an in doing so cracked a headlight. For a year it was fine with no condensation despite the crack until 6 moths ago in horrific wind and rain it steamed up. I cleared it with a hairdryer and it returned a day or so later. Two weeks ago I cleared it again and also left some silica gel in the headlight overnight. Repaired the crack the best I could with silicone. Winner I thought.

Full of condensation again already. I'm guessing the actual seal has gone. The headlight is a nightmare to completely remove (I never managed to) so to be honest I'll probably just leave it.
