Hi guys!

Im new to the forum, been browsing a while whilst considering opting for a cupra on lease soon. Current pcp ends in November next year but considering VT in a few months and setting up a lease. Ive never leased before, so does anyone have any recommendations? Contracthireandleasing seems to be cheapest but looks like that is a broker firm? Also, whats the latest on delivery period from order - some seem to be saying about 6 months!? Does it depend on what options you go for?

Im looking to go for a 5dr dsg in mystery blue with keyless, seat sound and winter pack.

Thanks for reading and any replies :D

Can't comment on F/L but we got a good deal on the 290 last year for our local Seat dealer, they had one of the spec we wanted in the country already so we only had to wait two weeks but iirc it was 12 weeks at least for a factory build.

Not sure on the latest campaign with VW finance but the deal I started with was £249 deposit and £249 per month on a 24 month lease with 8k per year.
Included Road tax
Excluded servicing

Adding options changes this. By the time I spec'd it up with extra's my deposit was over 2k and I'll be paying Just over £250 per month for 10k.

Not due to get mine until end of March/ early April 2018

Contract hire and leasing is a comparison site which lists deals from brokers, rather than being a broker themselves. It's definitely the best place to find what's cheapest. I used it to get my last car and I ended up getting a car via uchoosecontracts

When I was looking I trawled the Interweb and comparison sites for cheapest st deals. I went through a broker and had no issues. My lease agreement is with vwfs and so far all been well.
When my lease is up I will do same again, scour the Web for cheapest deal. Be careful of administration fees and some brokers would advertise price x but when providing official quote price increased to y.
My advise would be do your homework and watch out for hidden fees. It's a buyers market ;)

Use what car site for dealer prices and parkers for brokers , just be careful of brokers admin fee and don't get attracted to the monthly cost, work out the total you will pay over the length of the lease

Fleetprices I found are normally the cheapest but as mentioned pop into a dealership they can also do deals, fair few deals around on cupra 300 normally around £230-£250

The Mrs had a Nissan Juke from fleet prices and the service was very good and well impressed. But for my cupra the best deal was with a seat dealer in the end. Just get the best price off the comparison sites and then play one against each other until its starts getting to the full tank of petrol stage.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. Any news on latest build times?

Be prepared for a wait of between 4 and 6 months.

Experiences on here vary wildly between different trim levels and options, so it’s difficult to get a straight answer of what the lead time is.
