Just a quick hello to this group - already been in the Leon Mk 3 5F section for years, but soon to pick up another Seat to join my Leon 1.6TDI SE Technology.

No pics as yet, but taking over a car from a bereavement, it's a 2014 on a 14 plate Toledo 1.2TSI SE Nav in Rhodium grey. Not moved since it's last MOT in May, when it had just 6555 miles on the clock. I'm going in hospital for a shoulder operation tomorrow, so it will be a couple of weeks before I'm able to collect it.

Looking forward to being a part of this section(y)

Only 6.5k miles?! That’s pretty low for a 2014. That’d be worth quite a bit, if you didn’t fancy keeping it that is.

I was originally thinking of moving it on, but have decided I'm keeping it and running it hopefully for a good few years. Yeah, less than 1000 miles a year, last 3 MOTs have had 200 and 300 miles between them. Must be a very, VERY rare beast - its in Rhodium Grey metallic and absolutely unblemished inside and out. As close to a brand new car as I'll ever find
MOT history: 2017-4253 miles, 2018-4742 miles, 2019-5393 miles, 2020-6004 miles, 2021-6256 miles, 2022-6555 miles.
I'll get some photos up when I get it - won't be for a couple of weeks as I go into hospital for a big shoulder operation tomorrow and won't be driving for at least 2-3 weeks after

Some pictures would be great. There’re only 11 of the 1.2 TSIs on Auto Trader, the lowest mileage ones being 23k, 31k and 35k which are listed for £6-9k. Don’t see many on the road either. I agree with you. If you know the history of the car, you may as well keep it. Even though it’s 8 years old, it’s a brand new car cuz of the mileage.

Good luck with the op ??
