Pleasure to be part of this...
I have a 2005 MK1 Seat Leon Cupra R 225.
It's currently cost me more in repairs than I anticipated, but I'm still hanging in there...!
I live in Kent, England.
I thought it would be good to have contact with other lovers of this particular model. I love the shape and it's fun to drive, when it drives...!!
At the moment I have a problem that produces a code P1296. After reading some of your messages I decided to replace the coolant temperature sensor, and it's made no difference... Some items I've read now suggest this may be something to do with the 'throttle' housing or electrics. Anyone any ideas..?
I am a humble carpenter, and my technical car knowledge is limited. But trying to learn more...
Cheers...
