I have this issue opening with the emergency latch doesn’t work. I also reconnected the wires and it doesn’t work. What to do?

Took a whiie but i got the emergency lock working and I ended up buying a new latch (amazon i think around £20) was easy to fit - and i am no DIY expert. Took about 30 min max.
