I had that same fault registered on VAG-Com when I checked it today, cleared it, and it hasn't come back yet,I'll check again later in the week.

yeh, 30 seconds or somewhere close, and i find you have to be in certain areas - almost seems as though my sensors have "blind spots" in the car ?!?!

Not sure if they are, I'll check they are working properly tomorrow, neighbours wont be too happy with my alarm going off at this time :D

Rear courtesy lights are working.

FIXED - got em out, and managed to fix both problems, the nearside one was totally unplugged, so that lights and int. monitors started working on that one, the other side still wouldnt work, so i took it all apart and found the little switch contacts were bent and all out of place, i can only assume someone has been poking around in it before, after fiddling about with the contacts got that one to work so now we have light and internal alarm sensors!! excellent, also took off my MAF sensor and cleaned that so two good jobs done today!
